Memorandum of agreement made by the Wisconsin Central Railway, American Immigration Company, Good Land Company, and De Witte Van Ostrand with the Johnston Stock & Farming Company providing for the Johnston Company to act as agent in selling lands owned by the other parties in Price County, Wisconsin; for the Railway to clear those lands; and for the building of a church, school, and parsonage to be deeded to the appropriate Catholic church upon 25 families building homes within the area in question.
